My background in education and competitive sport led to my understanding of the impact of overuse injuries and their effect on my quality of life. I explored treatment options and was impressed with the effectiveness of massage in improving long term postural issues as well as short term sports related injuries.
I have since pursued my interest in health and well being, training with the Australian College of Massage (ACM) to graduate in 2010 with a Diploma of Remedial Massage. I am also a trainer teaching the Diploma of Remedial Massage qualification.
